IGLO is an informal association and consists of 22 different entities. However, there is a Secretariat of currently eight Heads of Office to coordinate the various IGLO activities. Members of the Secretariat in 2009-2010 are :

Secretary
One of the tasks of the Secretariat is to coordinate the communication of IGLO with its reference groups. For this purpose, there is a rotating Office of Secretary. At present, IGLO can be contacted via:
