DANRO - Danish EU Research Office

Mission
To stimulate, promote and strengthen Danish participation in the EU funded RTD programmes and other research activities sponsored by the EU
Provide assistance to Danish researchers seeking contact to specific agencies of the EU Commission in order to discuss matters of scientific importance and interest
To gain insight into recent developments in programme areas, policies and emerging issues at European level

Researchers and research groups from all sectors
Universities, research councils and other bodies supporting scientific activities
The Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation and other authorities working with research or research institutions

Services
Monitoring and analysing EU RTD policy through close contact to key personnel in the European Commission
Disseminating information via direct contact, e-mail, newsletters etc.
Organising meetings and seminars in Brussels for groups within the area of Danish research
Assisting the search for project partners from EU or affiliated countries through contacts to similar RTD liaison offices in Brussels
