 Partner search service through exchange of information among European Liaison Offices 
 Updating on EU policy development through periodic communication to all the CNR structures 
 Enquiry services available via e-mail, telephone, telefax or personal visits 
 Organisation, jointly with CNR central offices, of national information days 
 Local support for the solution of problems arising from CNR participation in EU programmes 
 Room & facilities for meeting in Brussels for CNR users
