Mission
To reinforce the efforts towards EU membership, TuR&Bo aims to help Turkey to attain the fullest success in the European Union’s RTD and private sector-oriented programmes within the framework of the Lisbon Strategy by providing information, communication, consultancy and training services, operating target-oriented networks and carrying out lobbying activities in line with the expectations of the organizations TuR&Bo represent and their beneficiaries.

Services

1. Information and communication
Disseminating information concerning the EU-RTD FPs as well as the MAP for SMEs
Publishing newsletters, brochures, handbooks etc.
Running a website to provide all stakeholders with easy access to updated information
E-warning systems
Facilitating contacts with representatives of the EU institutions
Partner search
Info center (databases, mailing lists, EU documents etc.)

2. Consultancy and Training

Strategic consultancy and guidance on EU Research funding programmes
Providing the stakeholders with assistance to overcome the problems they encounter in their projects and related activities
Support services for conferences, seminars, workshops etc. to train and inform the stakeholders.

3. Networking and Lobbying
Carrying out lobbying activities in line with the EU strategies of the stakeholders
Forging and developing unofficial ties with the EU representatives on behalf of the stakeholders
Establishing a link between the Turkish Research Area and the European Research Area.
